I wasn't too sure about this one... I wasn't really feeling the name 'Carol' but I'm glad I read it! If you're looking for a hot were-wolf story with an alpha male and a nice 'normal (not really)' heroine, give this a try. Carol was so likable and relatable, and Rick, hoo boy, he was strong but didn't go around barking orders all the time.
